Great Product Find! Fiber One Honey Squares and a Giveaway!

This week I received a free box of  the new Fiber One 80 calorie Honey Squares, an awesome multi-function sensor pedometer with a USB connector to chart walking progress, and a neoprene armband to hold Ipod/smart phones from General Mills via MyBlogSpark.  And guess what?  They want one lucky MKA reader to receive this awesome prize pack too!  ( disclosure:  Fiber One 80 Calories cereal, information, and giveaway have been provided by General Mills through MyBlogSpark)

Although I haven't had time to play with my new pedometer ( but I can't wait to check it out! ) I did have the opportunity to try out the new Fiber One cereal for breakfast yesterday.   I am not a huge cereal eater, but I have to admit, there are times I need a quick and satisfying breakfast, and cereal with skim milk is the perfect choice.  Each crunchy wheat and corn puff square has a light honey flavor and one serving ( 3/4 cup) is only 80 calories, which works out to 2 POINTS PLUS!!  It is packed with 10 g of fiber per serving, which helped keep me full for hours.  And the taste?  Delicious.  I do have to tell you, in the past, I have not been much of a Fiber One fan, but this cereal is good enough to change my mind and I will definitely be buying it in the future!  Fiber One 80 Calorie Honey Squares is the perfect product to keep in your pantry to help with your weight loss efforts!

Look for new Fiber One 80 Calorie Honey Square cereal on your grocer's shelves now!  For more information and some printable coupons visit http://bit.ly/FiberOne or check out Fiber One's facebook page at http://on.fb.me/F180Cal.

  1. ow! Love trying new products. I'm not a huge cereal person either but there are definitely days when it is just the best breakfast. Protein smoothies with a little cereal crunch on top work best for me during the summer

  2. Wow, I have to say I am intrigued by an 80 cal/10 gram fiber cereal. I've all but given up eating cereal b/c of the higher Points Plus values of most (before even accounting for the milk). I will definitely look for this cereal (and agree that I've tried a number of Fiber One products in the past with so-so success).

My go-to breakfast is a toasted whole wheat or double fiber english muffin with one turkey sausage patty. I don't need another thing to eat for 3-4 hrs.

  31. During the week at work, I generally only eat a banana and yogurt. It does not keep me full!

Lately, I have tried switching to a full cup of plain fat free yogurt with added berries and it seems to work much better.

During the weekend, I love to eat Oatmeal.

I would definitely love to try the new cereal!
