And the Winner of the Cookiepedia Cookbook is....

Nicole, RD!!!!

"These looks look wonderful. I LOVE coconut! I think my favorite cookie this time of year is my Grannie's Potato Chip Cookies. Sounds like, they're incredible! November 30, 2011 8:32 AM"

Nicole's comment was chosen randomly amongst the qualifying comments left on the giveaway post.  Congratulations to Nicole!  I will be sending you an email notifying you that you have won this giveaway, and you will have 24 hours to contact me with your mailing info so I can get your cookbook sent out to you!

I apologize for the announcement of the winner being a day late!  Soooo busy.  I haven't even had a chance to post any recipes this week!  Not only have I been busy, but a pesky upper respiratory infection has slowed me down as well!  But the good news is, I am feeling better today! :)  I do have a few more cookie recipes for the holidays to post....hoping to get those up this week sometime.  Cooking around here has been pretty much repeat easy stuff...since I haven't been feeling great and been so busy.
I have been attending my WW meetings regularly though, and as of this week, since the new "restart", I am down 5.6 pounds.  I am really kind of excited about the new changes WW launched last week with the PointsPlus program.  I am going to give a try with the Simply Filling Technique one day soon.  I am really liking that you no longer have to commit to an entire week to use this method now.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season!

  3. Congrats on the weight loss! Bummer about the infection but good to hear that you are feeling better. I hear you about being busy and making repeat recipes! This time of year is so crazy.

Happy Holidays to you and your family.

  4. Glad you are feeling better - congrats to Nicole! I do like that you can toggle between the two programs without commiting to a whole week.

Can't wait to grocery shop and meal plan again - with the hubs in the hospital it seems I have two healthy meals and one crappy one per day!
