Biz @ My Bizzy Kitchen submitted Homemade Parmesan Gnocchi w/ Braised Short Rib Ragu. Biz admits this meal is a little more work than usual, but well worth it! I've made gnocchi myself once or twice, and it really is worth the work. I imagine that ragu brings this dish to a whole new level!

Also, thank you for your patience in waiting for the winner announcement and line up. I was in NYC this weekend and yes, as Biz had alluded to, I did pick up this week's prize from Chelsea Market when I was there. It is this amazing smoked alderwood salt I have been using on meats! One of my very favorite things right now...from the Filling Station. Put it on meats you grill indoors to get the smokey flavor of the grill without grilling!
I think ALL these dishes look amazing....if I could send prizes to everyone I would do that! But since I am forced to choose ONE winner, I think the dish that most caught my eye was Tami @ Nutmeg Notebook's Parmesan Spinach Cakes.
