eatKeenwa Krunch Giveaway!

Have you seen this remarkable product yet??

If I tell you it's good, I'd be understating myself because... eatKeenwa® Krunch® is DELICIOUS!!

If you haven't seen this product yet (and chances are you haven't, because they are relatively new to the market) you probably would like to know what it's all about, right?

eatKeenwa® Krunch® are 100% all-natural cluster snacks packed with the super grain, quinoa ( pronounced keen-wa, hence the very cute and catchy company name!), fruit, nuts and natural sweeteners such as agave and honey.  They are certified gluten free, have no trans fats, no cholesterol, are low in sodium, and are preservative and soy free.  They are made from 100% non-GMO ingredients.  They are available in three flavors:  Vanilla Almond Raisin, Cinnamon Banana Strawberry, and Walnut Date Agave.

How do I know they are delicious?...well, my story goes like this:  I actually WON a three pack from a giveaway about a month ago on one of my friend's blogs...Donna from Hudson Valley Handymom.  When my winning package arrived, my family was anxious to try this new product Donna had such high remarks for.   We opened all three bags and sampled each one.  Every single flavor was good.  I mean, really good.  So good we couldn't really choose a favorite out of the three!! Good enough that the three free bags I had received on a Friday were gone by Sunday!  So when a representative of the company contacted me and asked if I was interested in doing a giveaway on my own blog, I jumped at the opportunity.  THIS product was a perfect fit for me...healthy, low fat, all natural, and most importantly, DELICIOUS!  (Disclaimer:  A representative from this company furnished me with free product for this review, but all opinions expressed are mine.)

These little clusters make a great snack to eat out of hand and on the go, they are also awesome mixed in with yogurt or topped with milk.  They are chewy, yet a bit crunchy too!  And you just can't deny the nutritional profile of quinoa!  A serving of this stuff is only 120 calories, 5 grams of fat, 2 grams of fiber, 18 grams of protein, and, depending on the variety, either 7g or 8g of sugar!  That's 3WW pp per serving for those of you doing WW out there. Those are stats that can easily fit into anyone's diet!
