I use whole wheat flour instead of the all purpose flour and it is still delicious! With that substitution, the whole loaf has almost 36 grams of fiber.<br /><br />I did have some trouble getting it baked all the way through, so on my second attempt, I cooked it about 20 minutes longer, but covered it with foil for the last half hour or so.
