Breakfast Sausage Muffin Cups

My new blogging friend, Anyonita, asked me to guest post for her this week while she was vacationing in Spain!   I love Anyonita's blog, Anyonita Nibbles, with all the mouthwatering recipes and gorgeous photos and the very helpful blogging tips!   I wasn't sure exactly what I was going to write about, but then I remembered she has recently been told to avoid gluten.  So, I wanted to post about something that was diet friendly for her too. That's when I decided I would share these delicious Breakfast Sausage Muffin Cups.

    1. they really are so versatile too! You can add or subtract anything you like. I like to make a big batch and freeze them to eat all week...I am so bad sometimes at getting a good breakfast in, and having them on hand really does help!
