Starting the PointsPlus Program Tomorrow

and I am hoping to like the changes.  So much positive feedback is making me starting tomorrow, providing I have the tools available, I will give the "new" pointplus values on the recipes I am posting.  As promised, I will try to work back and correct the point values of recipes already posted.

I didn't have that successful of a Thanksgiving WW speaking.  Sure, I planned and made lots of healthy dishes.  I think I ended up using only ONE POUND total ( for the entire meal I made for 15 ppl ) of butter.  I filled my plate with lots of veggies, passed on the ham and opted for a 40z portion of white meat turkey, no skin, only had a half of cup of stuffing...but then the desserts...oh the desserts....they did me in!!  So needless to say, I am really looking forward to the new plan which promises great results.

So, all you WW out there, if you have already been introduced to the new program...what are your thoughts, and any of you that are waiting ( like me) what do you think?  Are you excited?

  1. My sister did the WW points system a while ago and REALLY liked it. I think its a lot better than calorie counting. Can't wait to hear what you think of the updated system

  2. I haven't gotten the new materials yet, but I'm excited. I think I need a change. I'm get complacent and bored with the old program.

  3. You must spill the news and details about the new points system and how everything is calculated. I can't go to meetings because there isnt one close to me which is a complete bummer!

  4. Hi Renee, I'm so glad you found my blog so I in return found yours. I LOVE your site. I've bookmarked it and will also send it to some of the gang that go to my W W meeting with me! Thanks!!!!

  5. @ Roz...Thank you! I look forward to reading yours as well.

@ Paula, thank you. You also have a very delicious blog!
