I love to give and get homemade treats for the holidays, but sometimes it's hard to get those treats made, do all the gift shopping, wrap it all up, decorate and do all those other things you need to do to get ready for the season! It can be downright exhausting! That's why I'm so happy to be joining Sunday Supper this week for last minute holiday recipes with these quick and easy White Chocolate Covered Gingerbread OREOS.
With just two ingredients (and some fun embellishments) and a few minutes, you will have tasty treats suitable for gift giving or treat serving! I used Gingerbread OREOS I found at Target this year, but you can use any flavor you like. Simply melt the white chocolate (you can use vanilla bark or your favorite white chocolate) and dip the OREOS. While still warm, sprinkle with some festive sprinkles, jimmies or mini candies, let them cool and you are done.
I like to give these as gifts. I package them up in some festive containers and put a bow on them. They make great neighbor or teacher gifts!
I really love the gingerbread-white chocolate combo! So good! Can't find the gingerbread flavor? Just use your favorite flavor OREO! It's great to have a handful of these super easy recipes for the season! Even the kids can get involved with this one.

I made these a few years ago. Gingerbread Oreos are my favorite. I used to love the fudge dipped ones in the grocery store, but I've since become allergic to chocolate. Luckily making these myself is even better.
ReplyDeleteAlways better when you make them yourself! Allergic to chocolate? I"m sorry, that must be so hard!
DeletePinning! What a gorgeous gift =) I will now be on the hunt for gingerbread Oreos =)
ReplyDeleteThank you! I found them at Target!!
DeleteWhat a yummy idea! My double stuf Oreo loving family would revolt if I bought any other flavors---though I'd love to try dipping mint ones :)
ReplyDeleteWow, I like these, great flavors and elegant.
