Halloween is just around the corner!  Even though my kids are grown, it is still a holiday that is a pretty big deal around here.

I think we are all kids at heart when it comes to Halloween. From the pumpkin carving to Trick-or-Treating there is something for everyone.  I always feel like there is a sort of mystery in the air on Halloween!

This Easy Pumpkin Spice Pecan Fudge is the perfect little sweet treat to enjoy on All Hallow's eve. It is super easy to make thanks to NESTLE® TOLL HOUSE® Pumpkin Spice morsels.

Just look at that amazing orange color?  How fun is that for Halloween?

When my kids were little, oh boy did we celebrate Halloween.

My family always gathered at my parents house for dinner (which was traditionally a big pot of chili in the slow cooker and hot dogs!) and then we would go Trick-or-Treating in a big group.  It was always so much fun.

I loved hand-making my kids' costumes and their personalized candy bags every Halloween. (I think it was the only time of the year I pulled out the sewing machine and took it for a spin.)

This time of year also meant organizing Halloween parties for my kid's elementary school classes. I always got so excited planning spooky and fun treats and games for the kids.

Even as my kids grew older, and we no longer gathered for a celebration and I was no longer needed in their classrooms, we still got into the spirit of Halloween with handmade costumes and handing out candy to the neighborhood kids!

It's still a very exciting day for us!

This year, we are celebrating Halloween a little differently.  I am flying to my daughter's place in Florida and my youngest son is flying down from Columbus to meet us there!

The spirit of Halloween will still be with us even if it is on the beach.

I know we'll be enjoying as much of the Florida sunshine as we can, so when we get back to her apartment I am planning on making a quick and easy pizza for us to nosh on while we watch scary movies on Netflix.

And, I am going to make up a batch of this Easy Pumpkin Spice Pecan Fudge to curb our sweet cravings! So easy with only 5 ingredients too!

I've shared some of my favorite Halloween memories and traditions, what are some of yours?  I'd love to hear about them!

  7. Made this over the weekend. The color is stunning but it's really, really sweet! Plus, the fudge seemed to melt rather quickly and didn't hold its shape like my other fudge recipes. Took it to work frozen, let it thaw a bit to retain its shape and it was a hit. Good idea, just not enough structure for me as I like my fudge a bit more firm, however, the color is truly beautiful.

    1. Yes, I agree, it is quite sweet. I didn't have a problem with it holding together at all, but I live in NE Ohio, and it's cool in my kitchen. I did store it in the fridge. I'm glad it was a hit for you at work and that you loved the color. Thank you for your review!

  8. Hello! I'm wondering if I can combine this with white chips? I can only find 1 bag of the pumpkin morsels. Will it lose it's pumpkin taste do you think?

    3. You are most welcome! I hope you like it. It's quite sweet, but with the addition of the nuts, it helps balance it out a little.

  10. I can only find Nestle Pumpkin Spice Latte morsels. Is that what you used or is it different?

    1. Hi! I used plain Pumpkin Spice Morsels, but I don't think Nestle makes them anymore. Give the PS latte ones a try. Flavor is similar,
